  They handle every thing in a very professional manner. We had the flower bill, the monument bill and all sent to them so that they would take care of getting the money from my mother's life insurance policy.

  We are trying to get a refund for my mother and father's pre-funeral arrangements. We started trying to get a refund June 2013. My dad had an accident and had to be moved to a different state. He called the funeral home last June and was told they would refund his money. He called back in September and they said he needed to make a written request. He submitted it October of 2013. We called again in December and they said we should have received the check. In January they said they would check it out. They do not return our calls and kept telling us that the check was in the mail. The last week of February we were told the check would be overnighted to them. Still no check. It is sad this funeral home would take advantage of the elderly like this. My parents trusted them with the planning of their funerals and they have been let down.
  The day after I posted this review, my parents received a check for full reimbursement in the mail. I am glad that they finally sent a check, but they need to realize that if they would have just communicated honestly with us, we would never have posted a review in the first place. Communication is key.
